Shipping Fees and Methods

We offer local and international SF Express (collect-on-delivery) delivery services. Each order is limited to a single delivery address, including residential, commercial, SF Express self-pickup points, or smart lockers.

A $10 surcharge applies for residential deliveries to remote areas in Hong Kong, including but not limited to Sai Kung, Clear Water Bay, Shek O, Stanley, Discovery Bay, Ma Wan, Cheung Chau, Lamma Island, Peng Chau, and southern Lantau Island (e.g., Tai O, Tong Fuk, Cheung Sha, Mui Wo, Pui O).

Delivery Scope

Each order ships to one address. For multiple addresses, please place separate orders.

Note: PO boxes cannot be used as delivery addresses.

Delivery Time and Arrangements

Order Processing Time:

  • Made-to-order items: Shipped within 14-20 working days after production.

Delivery Time:

  • Hong Kong Local: SF Express typically takes 2-4 working days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays). An additional 1 working day is required for residential or remote area deliveries.
  • Mainland China & International: Varies by origin and destination.

Incorrect delivery or contact information may cause delays. Ensure accuracy to avoid issues. Deliveries may be postponed due to typhoon signals, red/black rainstorm warnings, or if SF Express deems weather unsuitable.

Tracking and Address Changes

Once your order ships, we’ll send a tracking number. To change the delivery address, contact SF Express directly—note that this may delay delivery, and you’ll cover any extra fees.

If you miss a delivery due to personal reasons, contact SF Express to arrange redelivery. If multiple delivery attempts fail, the order may be canceled without refund, and we won’t notify you separately.

To change the address or time after ordering, contact us right away.

SF Express delivers to your doorstep, but MMM isn’t responsible for damage during your handling of the package.

Final Decision

In case of disputes, MMM reserves the final decision.
