Defective Product Exchange Policy

  • No refunds: We don’t offer exchanges for size issues. Please check the size chart and measure your pet carefully before ordering.

  • Defective Items: If you receive a defective item (e.g., large stains, tears, or discoloration), email us within 2 days of delivery (based on SF Express receipt time) with your order number and photos of the defect. Late requests won’t be accepted. After verification, send the item back via SF Express (collect-on-delivery). Once we confirm the item’s condition, we’ll arrange an exchange.

  • Exchange Conditions: Items must be unused with intact packaging and accessories. We can’t accept exchanges or refunds for items with extra damage, missing parts, signs of use, pet hair, or odours.

  • Out-of-Stock Exchanges: If the item is out of stock, we’ll remake it, which takes about 14 - 20 business days.
  • Final Decision: In case of disputes, MMM reserves the final decision.
